1. Bệnh phân trắng trên tôm
Là loại bệnh thường gặp ở tôm nuôi khoảng 40 ngày trở đi, bệnh phân trắng có thể do nhiều tác nhân gây ra làm suy yếu sức đề kháng của tôm. Các tác nhân này làm tổn thương hệ thống gan tụy và đường ruột, làm tôm không hấp thụ được thức ăn dẫn đến suy yếu thậm chí có thể chết nếu không kịp thời điều trị.
2. Nguyên nhân bệnh phân trắng trên tôm
Các nhóm vi khuẩn Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio fluvialis, Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio mimicus, Vibrio vulnificus, Vibrio cholera và Vibrio damselae ký sinh và gây bệnh cho gan, ruột của tôm. Đây là một nguyên nhân mấu chốt khiến cho tôm bị bệnh phân trắng.
Nhóm vi khuẩn Vibrio gây bệnh xâm nhập phá hủy gan tụy khiến cho tôm nuôi xuất hiện tình trạng biếng ăn, chậm lớn thậm chí nghiêm trọng sẽ gây chết hàng loạt trong ao nuôi.
Theo nghiên cứu các vi khuẩn Vibrio gây bệnh chỉ gây hại cho tôm nếu chúng thực hiện trao đổi chất, do vậy thực hiện các biện pháp hạn chế quá trình trao đổi chất của chúng sẽ kiểm soát được bệnh phân trắng ở tôm.
Ngoài ra, các nguyên nhân khác cũng gây bệnh phân trắng trên tôm là:
- Thức ăn: Thức ăn kém chất lượng, nhiễm khuẩn, bị nấm mốc hoặc thức ăn dư thừa tồn tại lâu ngày trong ao nuôi
- Tảo độc: Các loại tảo độc đi vào đường ruột khiến tôm không tiêu hóa và hấp thụ thức ăn được gây tắc nghẽn đường ruột làm cho tôm bệnh phân trắng
- Ký sinh trùng Gregarine: Những ký sinh trùng Gregarine bám vào thành ruột tôn và gây tổn thương khiến cho tôm bị bệnh
- Do vi bào tử trùng Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei: Chúng sống ký sinh trên gan tụy của tôm gây ra bệnh phân trắng.

3. Dấu hiệu nhận biết tôm bị bệnh phân trắng
Theo nghiên cứu và rút kinh nghiệm từ quá trình chăn nuôi những dấu hiệu nhận biết bệnh phân trắng trên tôm là:
- Tôm trở nên sẫm màu hơn so với màu sắc bình thường của chúng
- Tôm nhá hoặc nổi trên mặt nước ao, tụ dọc bờ ao, góc ao nơi cuối hướng gió
- Tôm yếu đi, sức ăn giảm sút hoặc bỏ ăn, vỏ mềm, thịt tôm không đầy
- Phân màu trắng nổi trên mặt nước ao nuôi
- Soi đường ruột thấy trống thức ăn hoặc bị đứt quãng
- Tế bào gan bị chết, bong ra từng điểm khi kiểm tra bằng phương pháp mô học
4. Cách kiểm soát tình trạng bệnh phân trắng trên tôm bằng BFC Protic Plus
Xu hướng trong nuôi trồng thủy sản hiện nay là sử dụng các chế phẩm sinh học để xử lý các vấn đề trong quá trình nuôi. Với bệnh phân trắng trên tôm cũng vậy, chế phẩm BFC Protic Plus của Bio-Floc là biện pháp hữu hiệu để phòng và trị bệnh cho tôm bị phân trắng.

4.1. Công dụng
- BFC Protic Plus chứa các nhóm Lactobacillus acidophilus và L.plantarum được phân lập tại các vùng nuôi tôm có khả năng sản sinh một số chất kháng sinh mạnh gồm bacteriocin, lactocidin, acidophilin và acidolin, có tác dụng ngăn chặn sự sinh trưởng và tiêu diệt vi khuẩn Vibrio từ đó giúp tôm phòng và kiểm soát phân trắng trên tôm. Ngoài ra, Saccharomyces cerevisiae có trong sản phẩm cạnh tranh vị trí bám dính với các vi khuẩn gây bệnh, đồng thời kết dính các vi khuẩn có hại như coli, Salmonella, Vibrio…lại và loại bỏ những vi khuẩn này ra ngoài theo chất thải. Bên cạnh khả năng kết dính loại bỏ và tiêu diệt Vibrio, vi khuẩn Bacillus subtilis có trong sản phẩm còn sản sinh ra nhiều loại enzyme hỗ trợ tiêu hóa: amylase, cellulase, protease; giúp tôm hấp thụ triệt để thức ăn, lớn nhanh; kích thích cơ thể tiết ra kháng thể miễn dịch IgA trên các bề mặt niêm mạc ruột, từ đó ức chế sự xâm nhập của các vi sinh vật gây bệnh.
4.2. Cách dùng
Thực hiện với các bước sau:
- Hòa tan 500 gram BFC Protic Plus với 300 gam đường cát và 10 lít nước sạch
- Đậy kín và ủ hỗn hợp này trong khoảng thời gian từ 2 đến 6 tiếng
- Sau đó kiểm tra hiệu quả ủ bằng việc xác định dung dịch có vị chua, màu trắng sữa và có bọt trên bề mặt
- Trộn đều với công thức 1 lít dung dịch và 10 hoặc 15 kg thức ăn, gia giảm số lượng tùy theo số lượng tôm nuôi, có thể tăng thêm hàm lượng tùy theo tình trạng thực tế của tôm.
- Cho tôm ăn mỗi buổi sáng trong suốt thời gian nuôi
